Explanation
This is a "Chatarang". Chatarang is formed by the Sanskrit words "Chatur" meaning "four" and "Anga" meaning "body". A Chatarang is a composition that has four distinct bodies - Bandish, Tarana, Pakhawaj (Bols) and Sargam.
This particular Chatarang embodies the 'Agni' (Fire) element and is composed in Raga Gujri Todi. The fire element symbolizes energy, heat, life and vitality.
The sun rises in the sky bringing life to plants and animals and color to our lives.
Internal fire gives rise to the sparkle in one's eyes, righteous anger and the inner spark that gives us energy, passion and drive.
When the Fire element is stable and balanced, it gives rise to radiance, strength, life-breath and a healthy glow. When it's unbalanced and becomes excessive, it gives rise to fever, anger, thirst and hunger.
Energy, light, sound, color and vision are all different forms of the Fire element.
